Origin: The mountainous vineyards, prefecture of heraklion.

Vinification: At the modern facilities of Lyrarakis winery,in Alagni. Heraklion.

Characteristics: Bright, red color. Smooth, rich, velvet taste.
Complex aromas distinctive of the vareties.

Suggested with: Grilled meat and piquant cheese.

Serve at approx 17 - 18° C.
