Red, Protected Geographical Indication Crete

This fresh red wine, Novus (new in Latin) is released in early November, following the tradition described by Nikos Kazantzakis in his book “Captain Mihalis”, where the barrels were opened during the feast of Ayios Yiorgeos to taste the new vintage.

Grape Varieties: Syrah, Black Muscat

Fresh, intense fruit aroma, full-bodied in style, with a vivid cherry colour.
Served cool at 12 - 14 °C.
