From the vineyard on the “Ippodromos” mountainside, with stony clay soil and at an altitude of 630m, a noble and refreshing white wine is produced from the great variety Assyrtiko, that perfectly behaves in the warm and dry weather conditions of Crete.

A very pleasant nose of discreet lemon flowers that bond well with the light smoky tones of the oak barrel. Balanced, with a typical minerality and a crisp acidity, it is an ideal accompaniment for fish and seafood.

Served very cool, at 8 – 10 °C.
