Lyrarakis Mandilari Rose Rose dry Varieties: Mandilari 100% (Since 2008 vintage) Origin: The mountainous vineyards, prefecture of heraklion. Vinification: The juice of the grape remains for a short period with the skins of the pressed grapes in order to obtain this colour, after which it is removed to ferment in a controlled temperature. Characteristics: A distinctive rose from the historic Kotsifali grape, well rounded, reminding of berries and cherry, its acidity makes it a very good match for food.. Suggested with: Spicy sea food, grilled vegetables, poultry. Serve it cool at approximately 12° C. |
