Varieties: 100% Thrapsathiri.

“Armi” is the word we use in the Cretan dialect to define the top of a mountainside.
The vineyard called “Armi” in our area is exposed to the east and lies at an altitude of 500 meters. The soil of this specific vineyard is rocky and has because of its position a continuous influence of beneficial winds. All the above composes the microclimate where the variety Thrapsathiri can express its aromatic potential at a very high level.

The wine that results from the vinification has an explosive nose and very intense varietal characteristics. The mouth is rich, concentrated, with power and warmth that bounds exceptionally the vivid acidity, ending with a long finish with piquant touches.

This white wine can age well.
